Precision CNC water-jet cut from .250 plate steel. These Patent Pending Design solid motor mounts are for installing the 1999-2009 Gen III/IV LS series engine into older GM muscle cars. They are slotted for adjustability with engine placement in the engine compartment. Most aftermarket adapter plates that install the Gen III/IV LS series engine into older GM cars do not position the engine in the correct location. In a Chevelle the LS engine sits too far forward, and in a Nova the LS engine sits so close to the firewall that you can't install hoses on the heater core. These mounts will allow you to move the engine forward up to 1 inch, and rearward up to 2 inches from the typical location. Welded and cooled in a jig to retain precision alignment. These are solid mounts and do not use a rubber isolator. Grade-8 hardware included. Some models require the use of Moroso solid frame pads, see application chart here.
